Biography
Born in 1985, Ushenina won the 2012 knockout Women's World Championship in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia, becoming champion after Hou Yifan opted out of defending the title in that year's format.
She lost the title back to Hou Yifan in a 2013 match.
