Client Retention and Rebooking

Lip blushing has a built-in repeat cycle — touch-up, then a boost every 1–2 years — plus brow and other PMU cross-sell. Retention comes from a great heal, proactive reminders and a frictionless rebook.

The natural cycle

Session → touch-up at 6–10 weeks → colour boost at 12–24 months → boost again. A happy lip client is also a strong candidate for brow or eyeliner work and a reliable referrer. One good first experience can be a decade of bookings.

Making it happen

Book the touch-up before they leave the first appointment. Log the pigment formula so the boost is quick and identical. Send a boost reminder at ~12 months with an easy booking link and returning-client price. Ask for a review after the healed touch-up, when satisfaction peaks.

Protecting the relationship

Honour reasonable corrections within your stated window without drama; a client you look after through a tricky heal becomes fiercely loyal. Keep in light contact (a healing check-in, a birthday note) without spamming. Referrals from delighted clients are the cheapest, best marketing there is.
